Model Search America Discovery - Forrest Landis

At only eleven years old, Forrest Landis has already established a successful career in the movie industry. In 2003, Forrest charmed audiences with his freckles, red hair, and glasses in his roles as Mark Baker in the hit film Cheaper by the Dozen. However, he has also conquered the modeling industry as well, starring in commercials for McDonalds and Mastercard, and even appearing on the Life Cereal box. In fact, Forrest Landing was discovered at a Model Search America Regional Review in Chicago, which jump-started his path to fame.

Along with his work in Cheaper by the Dozen, Forrest has acted in several other box-office smashes, all within the past year, including Little Athens, The Skeleton Key, and Flight Plan. He can also be found on the small screen in multiple small roles. In February of 2005 he appeared in an episode or ER, in March he played a character named Seth in the TV series LAX, and in September audiences viewed him on Showtime’s new comedy series Weeds.

Forrest’s accomplishments have not gone unnoticed. In 2004 he received two awards at the Young Artists Awards for Cheaper by the Dozen: “Best Performance in a Feature Film” (for a Young Actor Age Ten or Younger) and the “Best Young Ensemble in a Feature Film” award, which he shared with his co-stars.

Forrest Landis can be seen in the upcoming Cheaper by the Dozen 2, which debuts on December 21, 2005. He is currently filming for his role as Thomas in the movie Doubting Thomas.

The story of Forrest’s discovery and successful career is not unique for aspiring models who attend Model Search America conventions. MSA provides young hopefuls with useful information that is valuable in the entertainment and modeling industry, and gives opportunities with prominent casting directors and agencies. At Model Search America we look forward to seeing your dreams come true.
